Elitevo was founded in Germany in 2026. Our professional roots go back to 2005, combining many years of experience from Ukraine and Poland with a new entrepreneurial perspective in Germany.

Experience from complex construction projects.
At MEGAPOLIS STROY INVEST, Sergij Kardavenko gained extensive experience as deputy director in planning and delivering demanding construction projects.
The scope of work included industrial facilities, administrative and public buildings, residential construction, reinforced-concrete structures, façades, interior construction, roofing and technical utility networks.
Poland
Continuing under new conditions.
After the outbreak of the war, construction activities continued in Poland under new business structures.
Within KV_Group Sp. z o.o., comparable expertise in industrial, administrative, residential and public construction was further developed and applied to new projects.
